“ Dinner with friends. 4 stars, not 5, as a spur to excellence! The restaurant is also open to non-hotel guests. The refined location and the terrace overlooking the Arno are very pleasant. The waiters and the restaurant manager are very attentive and courteous. The complimentary prosecco and entrée were appreciated. The pigeon buttons and the tagliatelle with wild boar ragù were first-rate... the gnocchi, compared to the dishes just mentioned, were anonymous, as if they belonged to a different cuisine and had not come from the same team... what a shame! I would recommend slightly increasing the quantities of the buttons. The duck breast and peposo (a type of pasta) were excellent. The desserts were very good, even though the chocolate delight is the chef's signature dish; the zuccoto won me over... I appreciated the Moscato rosé offered with the desserts. The prices are in line with the location and the service offered. ”
